Roberta Friedman (Film/Video MFA 74) and Grahame Weinbren’s experimental films will be featured in Eight Films 1976-2026 (That’s Fifty Years) on Aug. 15 at Millennium Film Workshop in Brooklyn. Friedman’s 1976 short Bertha’s Children will also screen at the Museum of Modern Art in New York on Sept. 25 at 4 p.m. Friedman is also a producer of the feature documentary The Best of the Best: Jazz from Detroit, now available on Prime Video, YouTube and Tubi.
